Walter's oldest daughter has been living with us since January 9, 2014. It is hard to compromise my privacy to having her and her two children live with us. They try very much to fit into our schedules and standards. Most of the children's playthings are in storage and we are not the rough and tumble grandparents that some people are to their grandchildren. That is difficult for all of us.
So when they have moments of fun together, we are happy. The picture below has captured the three of them having a good time on the floor. They are playing with some Lincoln Logs that Walter and I bought at a yard sale this past summer. I was glad that all three of them had a wonderful time working alongside each other.

The next picture shows the first time we saw Alijah swinging on the swing that is under our deck. His mother was with him and gave a few pushes when needed. He was happy although he didn't stay on the swing as long as we thought he would. The picture is not clear as it was taken though the patio doors and quickly since he was not on the swing very long. He will probably have many more days on the swing this spring.

We look forward to warmer weather when everyone can enjoy the great outdoors more.
